Welcome to the advertising information section. We are happy to provide you with several advertising options throughout the site. We provide advertising solutions which would be beneficial to both event promoters and business owners. Placing an Advertisment with Partyxtraz.com 1. Have the following information available: Name, Organization, Event name, Event date.
2. Review advertising options and packages so you are more familiar with the terms.
3. Call (876) 870-0964 or email us at partyxtraz@hotmail.com for package quote.
4. Payment must be made in full before ad is placed (Exceptions made for long running ads).
5. Once confirmed send in all necessary artwork at least 24 hrs prior to posting date.
6. If an e-mail blast is being sent all text info must be sent at least 24hrs prior.
7. Event will be added to the calendar immediately after artwork is received.
*Quoted rates and packages are subject to change. Once you are given a package quote for an event and have made a deposit that package invoice will not be changed.

Basic Package Includes: Calendar posting. Two (2) weeks home page placement. Event included in our weekly e-mail blast prior to the event. Photography included (Kingston only) Price : $100 ted rates and packages are subject to change. Once you are given a package quote for an event and have made a deposit that package invoice will not be changed.
Standard Package Includes: Calendar posting. Three (3) weeks home page placement. Event included in our weekly e-mail blast prior to the event. Photography included Price: $125 ted rates and packages are subject to change. Once you are given a package quote for an event and have made a deposit that package invoice will not be changed.
Premium Package Includes: Calendar posting. Four (4) weeks home page placement. Event included in our weekly e-mail blast prior to the event. Photography included Price: $150 ted rates and packages are subject to change. Once you are given a package quote for an event and have made a deposit that package invoice will not be changed.
Advertising Option Descriptions
Events calendar: The events calendar is a free alternative for event advertising for registered users. Just go to the events page and you can add your own event. Your event will also be added to the calendar for free with any advertising package. Price: FREE
Home page advertising: Home page ads are the easiest way to get yor event out there. Send us your flyer we edit it to fit the available block spaces on the homepage and link it to either a full size version of your artwork or an external website where more information about your event can be found. Price: See Packages Above
Full page advertising: Full page ads are placed before you enter the website. These ads are positioned in order of the event date. Not only can you have a full page flyer but we also accept other media formats including flash, video and audio. Price: $100/week
Banner advertising: Banner advertising is one of the most beneficial forms of advertising on the website. The banner is placed in a horizontal position which is visible on every page of the site giving you maximum exposure to our viewers. Price: $50/week
Email blasts: Email blasts are a combination of images and text that are sent out electronically to our database of registered users. Your event will be added to our weekly e-mail blast for free with any of the above advertising options and is also available separately for single event blasts. Price: $25/blast
