Aidonia expel from the Alliance

Aidonia a protégé of Vybz Kartel is out of Bounty Killer-led Alliance dancehall’s most powerful and controversial group of artistes.Tensions had been heightened in the past two months, especially after the fisticuffs onstage between Aidonia's and Busy Signal's entourage during Mavado’s birthday bash at the Arizon Inn in Portmore( go to video/audio page to see the clip). Since that time, the relationship between Aidonia and Bounty Killer, Busy Signal and Mavado had been strained and it appears, despite the much-affected public displays of unity, the personal animosities between Aidonia and Busy Signal festered still. The battle lines were drawn again with Aidonia’s insistence on performing the ‘December Deadline’ song, and the allegations by his entourage that a bottle-throwing incident at Spectrum 2007 was orchestrated by Alliance members. The words of ‘December Deadline’ read like a clear challenge to Aidonia’s detractors and doubters.
