Festival announcements are happening all over the place. Last week, while most local music lovers were caught up talking about Langerado's surprising decision to host the 2009 edition of that concert at Miami's Bicentennial Park, a lot of people missed that the on-again, off-again International Caribbean Music Fest had an announcement of their own.
After taking 2007 off completely, the ICM Fest is back and they've got a good looking line-up put together as well. The concert is set for Sunday, November 16 at Virginia Key Beach, Miami. Big names include Bounty Killer, Queen Ifrica (pictured above), and Mavado (apparently, he can perform in the U.S. again) and Beenie Man.
