Word on the streets is that Angel has filed a maintenance order in the Supreme Court, in the files she is reportedly asking asking for hundreds of thousands of dollars for child support for Marco Dean. Marco Dean is the son International Dancehall artist Beenie Man. Reports surfacing suggest the D'Angel she will be receiving no less than $50,000 a month from Beenie man. Sources close to the situation where tight lip about whether that sum was is US$, Pounds or Canadian.
But is Beenie man still married to D'Angel or Divorced? Will that be enough to support Marco Dean? Does this latest development suggest that they may actually be a prenuptial agreement between the two?

D’Angel just returned from New York doing promotions and recording new tracks for her up-coming album. She was featured on a remix with Alicia Keys on her new track titled “No One”. She was also the special featured guest at the Reggae Twins Fashion & Style party at the Club Carib in New Rochelle, NY over the weekend.
D’Angel is putting together her album for 2008 and is now busy in the studio working with some of Jamaica's top producers such as Wee-Pow (Stone Love), Sly & Robbie (Taxi Gang), Arif Cooper (Fresh Ear), Steve McGregor (Big Ship), and Don Corleon, amongst others including some international producers. Prior to her new single, D’Angel’s catalogue stems back to several chart hitters including her break out song “Downtown Girl (Living Uptown)”, One Man featuring Beenie Man, and Baby Father with Vybz Kartel.
Preparations are also in place to shoot a video for “Blaze”. The video will hit the local TV and cable stations in a few weeks.
