The energetic duo RDX (Renegade and Delemor) has just shot the video for their latest single "WHOA aka Everybody Dance" featuring the likes of some of Jamaica's most prolific dancers. The song which is currently enjoying heavy rotation on the local airwaves and the party circuit was destined to be a hit from the initial outset.
The video had a concept which saw two dance teams facing off in the streets, to see who would come out victorious, winning bragging rights, one teams was attired in blue and the other in red complimented by various accessories.
The video was shot on location in Fletchers Land, which is also the home of the infamous Dutty Fridaze. A weekly event held in that community. The Director was Keith Watkins, who was also responsible for Damien Marley's "Welcome to Jamrock" alongside the Guru Ras Kassa. Quite a few noted dancehall icons made cameos such as: T-Bone Squad, Timeless, Boneless, Bone Crusher, Never Scare Dem, Shelly Belly, Bermuda Squad, D&G, M.O.B., Get Rich, Tek Set Girls, Dahlia, Latisha, Flava Girls, Idlers, Cadillac, Nah Bathe, Blaze and The Boastie Squad, Ravers Clavers, Pamputtae, Gulf Entourage, Darkcide International sound family and Hall of Fame Entourage who also provided security details for the Duo amongst others. The video is set to be off the cutting blocks in approximately two to three weeks, So look out for it coming to a screen near you.
