The latest addition to this year's Appleton Temptation Isle (ATI) roster, this Independence weekend, Temptation Live, will bring together the hottest acts in dancehall.
On Saturday, August 8, the only live event on the ATI line-up, Temptation Live, returns to Negril for its 9th staging with Waves as the venue.
The night will feature an initial, hot line-up with veteran act Bounty Killer alongside the 'energy god' Elephant Man, the sassy D' Angel and newcomers from the Big Ship family, Laden and Chino - other artistes will be added as the time draws near.
Temptation Isle has for nine years ruled the party scene as a calendar event for the best parties in Jamaica, with its much anticipated wild beach parties, live events and vibes-riddled all-inclusive events.
This year, Appleton and Absolute have teamed up once again to put the 'A' back in Negril for ATI 2009. ATI weekend is scheduled for August 5-9 with a line-up that includes Hip Hop Jouvert, Tempted, 'Glow', Pretty in Pink on the Beach, Rhythm & Booze, Stages, The ATI Toga Party, Colours, Wild Sides, and Fusion - as well as Temptation Live.
Described as the "weekend that never sleeps", this concept weekend has proven to be the only successful mix of beach, fashion, music, food and drinks, as evidenced by the high number of return patrons as well as those who travel from as far as London, Canada, Atlanta, Baltimore and Miami.
