Soulja Boy Booked for Barefoot Beach Party, and Faces Eviction Over Unpaid Rent

-United States-based rapper, Grammy nominee Soulja Boy will make his debut Jamaican appearance on Sunday, October 18 when he is scheduled to perform on the fifth anniversary Barefoot Beach Party, a production of Flettes Promotion.

The controversial rap star should not have much problem establishing contact with the local patrons with selections such as Crank That (Soulja Boy) and Kiss Me Thru the Phone.

DeAndre Ramone Way, better known by his stage name Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, or simply Soulja Boy, topped the Billboard Hot 100 in September 2007 with his single Crank That (Soulja Boy). The single was initially self-published on the Internet, and it became a number-one hit in the United States for seven non-consecutive weeks starting in September 2007.

The DeAndre Way is the rapper's upcoming third studio album. Yesterday , october 13, 2009 tweeted about having a studio session with fellow rapper Kanye West. "In the studio wit Kanye goin innnnnnn! Making HISTORY," the young MC wrote. "He pushin my talent to the next level let's go 2010!"

Soulja Boy has shared his interest to work with Kanye for his new album "The DeAndre Way" since last May. "I want the best of the best on this album," he told MTV. "I don't want no bullsh--. I want, from start to finish, classic #1 records. I'm not playing."

Bad boy rapper Soulja Boy is in trouble again - he is facing eviction after breaking the rules of his tenancy agreement and falling almost $10,000 behind in rent payments.

The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hit-maker rents a lavish property in Los Angeles, which he has made his home since the beginning of the year. However, the star's landlord isn't pleased with the way the hip-hop star has treated the property - and has sent a letter threatening to kick him out.

Soulja Boy is accused of failing to abide by a two-guest rule, disrupting the neighborhood with parties and owing over $9,000 in rent.

In a letter to the star, obtained by TMZ.com, the landlord writes, ""We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck. This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement. Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of your lease which states, 'You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.'"

The rapper was arrested last week after he ran from cops investigating complaints made about the shooting of his latest music video in Georgia.
